The hotel is situated in a good location, near bars and clubs, offering a noisy but lively atmosphere throughout the night. The rooms at the back of the house were clean and fresh, good size with En-Suite, Flat Screen TV with Freeview, and Tea/Coffee Making Facilities, and serviced daily. A comfortable and cozy stay.

The service at Edwards B&B was exceptional, with incredibly friendly staff ensuring a lovely and clean room. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed in Blackpool!
